A place with its own rhythm

From the hills of Casupá.

Tupercí began planting olive trees in 2004, five kilometers from Casupá, where quartz-dotted hills meet the Santa Lucía River basin. Arbequina, Frantoio, Coratina, Picual, Arbosana, Manzanilla, Pendolino, and Arauco all grow across the estate.

In 2014, the family built its own almazara on the farm. That made the decisive difference: choose the harvest moment, pick the fruit, and mill it a few hours later—without a long journey in between.

From fruit to first pour

Freshness is a chain of decisions.

Pick at the right moment

The estate controls the harvest point rather than working around a distant mill.

Freshly harvested green, purple, and black olives02

Move fruit, not miles

The olives stay on the farm, reducing transport and waiting after harvest.

Fresh golden-green olive oil flowing from the estate mill03

Mill within hours

On-farm processing preserves the fruit’s freshness and character from tree to bottle.

Made for the center of the table

A new olive-oil origin to know.

Uruguay brings a distinct place and story to the premium shelf. Tupercí’s Picual is at home anywhere fresh olive flavor gets to lead: over warm bread, ripe tomatoes, grilled vegetables, fish, pasta, beans, and fresh cheese.

Good oil, clear answers

Before your first pour.

What is known is stated plainly. What still needs launch confirmation is left unclaimed.

Where is Tupercí made?

On the family estate near Casupá in Uruguay’s Florida department, about five kilometers from town and near the Santa Lucía River basin.

What does single-estate mean?

The olives come from Tupercí’s own farm. Harvest timing and milling are controlled on the estate, keeping transport and waiting to a minimum.

How quickly are the olives milled?

The supplied farm history says the olives are processed in Tupercí’s on-farm almazara within hours of harvest.

Is this product organic or cold-pressed?

The current materials do not support either claim, so this storefront does not make them. Final U.S. product labels and documentation should be reviewed before launch.

Can I buy it now?

This is a pre-launch storefront. You can build a cart and submit a product request, but no payment is collected until U.S. availability, shipping, and returns are finalized.
